Start at Ashton Court Car park BS41 9JN, 3 miles west-south-west of Bristol city centre.

Looping clockwise north and east up and over Clifton Suspension Bridge. Down into Bristol and east following cycle paths and lanes through the city to join the Bristol – Bath Railway Path as it sweeps south-east to the River Avon before we reach Bath. Head north east around Bath, joining the canal path as it sweeps clockwise around Bath, and stop for Lunch at the Angelwish Cafe, south of the city on the path. Then heading west to join the start of the Two Tunnels Greenway cycle path, taking us back north to rejoin the Avon and cross the river back onto the Railway path. Head back north west to Bristol, and once in the city, go south to join the Avon and follow it west across Spike Island, then over the river at Ashton Ave Bridge and back to the start.
