Starting and finishing at Gowerton: Flattish route for the first part to Llanelli, then a long (11 miles), but gentle climb up NCR47 (Swiss Valley Route), to Cross Hands. A couple of small but easy climbs then mostly downhill via Llanedi and Fforest to Pontardulais and home.
