op Cycle path to Gowerton and mix of cycle path and road to Pontardulais. Climb from Pontardulais up through Fforest, and undulating through Llanedi for 4 miles / 6.3km, Max gradient 9% Undulating road to Gorslas for 2.5 miles / 4km with short stretch at 10%. After lunch, road to Cross Hands where we pick up the Swiss Valley Cycle Path NCR47 (mix of dirt, gravel and tarmac), descending to Felinfoel. Road to Dafen,short climb up to Bryn (max 9%), descending to Llangennech and Pontardulais. Rejoin cycle track to Gowerton and Killy Surface Type: Varied mix of Tarmac/gravel/dirt cycle paths, main and quiet country roads. Hazards: Stretch of road between end of NCR47, coming through Felinfoel, Bryn and Llangennech, can be busy. 44 miles / 70.6 km 2124 feet / 623 metres of climbing
