Gorslas
• Cycle path to Gowerton, then road to Loughor and on to North Dock, Llanelli.
• Follow Swiss Valley, climbing gently up NCR47 up to Tumble and Cross Hands, then road to Cefneithin and Cwmcerrig Farm Shop.
• Return via Cross Hands, short climb to Tumble, on to Llannon and long descent to Hendy.
• Through Pontardulais, join cycle track and return to Gowerton and Railway Inn.
