Kidwelly via Five Roads
Kidwelly via Bynea, Dafen & the Swiss Valley cycle path to Horeb. Onto Five Roads, descend into Carway, Trimsaran, Foss Las and Kidwelly. Lunch/snack stop in Kidwelly. Return by road through PInged and Burry Port then the NCR 4 cycle path to Loughor and Gowerton. A mix of road and cycle path with stunning views across the estuary on the return journey.
