Brynaman (clockwise)
A clockwise circuit from TheRailway, heading north on cycle path to Gowerton, continuing on path to Pontardulais. Then undulating roads, before steep (Max 12%) climb up to Garswllt, down to skirt the edge of Ammanford where we join the Amman River cycle path heading east for 9 – 10km to Brynaman where we rejoin road. Short, steep climb (Max 8%), before road flattens and we join another cycle path to Cwmllynfel. Rejojn road for fast descent down into Ystalyfera. Join NCR43 following the river and canal back through Pontardawe, Clydach and swansea, and follow the promenade to Blackpill, and the Clyne cycle path back to start.
