Gowerton to Ferryside, short route via Bynea, Dafen, Swiss valley, Cynheidre, Pontyates, Meinciau, Pontantwn, Lladyfaelog. Ret via Kidwelly, Pinged, Burry Port, North Dock. Only one hill worth mentioning which is the long climb out of Pontyates to Meinciau. Other than that, just a few blips.
