Llandeilo
• From Gowerton to Loughor, and on to Dafen, Swiss valley, Tumble, through Cross Hands and on to Maesybont.
• North on to the B4300 and follow the road east to Fairfach & on to Llandeilo.
• Lunch at Y Lolfa
• Return: via Llandybie, Saron, Capel Hendre, Llanedi and down into Pontardulais.
• Follow road to cycle path, and stay on path all way back to Gowerton.
• 80 km with 884 metres climbing
