Cycle path to Gowerton and mix of cycle path and road to Pontardulais. Quiet country lanes with a steep (max 13%) climb for .6 mile / 1 km up to Garnswllt & downhill to Ammanford. Join gently climbing Amman River cycle path for 5.5 miles / 9 km to Brynamman. Quiet, gently rolling road for 2.8 miles / 4.5 km to Cwmllynfell, then downhill for 3.1 miles / 5 km to Ystalyfera. Along gravel /dirt cycle path to Pontardawe, and NCR43 to Clydach following river back to Swansea. Distance – 46.5 miles / 75km Total climbing – 1729 feet / 527 metres
