Out via Swansea seafront, Fabian Way, Jersey marine, Neath Road to Glynneath, Stopping at Th Loaf at Ystradglynlais and return via the Cyclepath to Swansea, the seafront and Blackpil
Highlights: Picturesque 2 Valley Cycle Ride beside flowing rivers and streams, only one major incline and return along cycle paths
